Athena lives life with gusto and is looking for a confident, experienced forever family who will provide her with the structure and stimulation she needs to satisfy her active body and mind. Long walks, runs, or hikes will need to be an integral component of her weekly routine. Because of her strength and activity level, we recommend a family with kids 13 years of age or older. Athena is an excellent candidate for group training classes which will teach her to follow directions from her human(s) and will build her trust and confidence. Please bring along your canine family members for a meet and greet when you visit Athena at AWD.
